A rare find. A brass Colt Navy 36 cal. buckle in the original packaging! I've never seen this buckle before so my guess is not that many were made. It first sold for $2.58 so that tells you hold old it is. Has the original shrink wrap still intact. It was sold by the George Frost Company in Shirley, Massachusetts. 4" x 2 1/4" and for up to a 1 3/4".
