State of Texas with a star and four steer heads in the corners, rope edge, from a new maker company called El Paisano in Colorado. Silver and gold plated on a jeweler’s bronze base, hand engraved. 5 1/4” x 3 3/4" and for a 1 3/4” belt. Brand new, mint condition.
