Brand new buckle by Johnson & Held in Colorado. The buckle is actually made with stones and then covered with a very tough polymer resin that holds it all together. This buckle features steer skull and two cowboy boots. Not sure of the stones used. 3 3/4" x 2" and for a 1 1/2" belt.
