Numbered (250 will be made) commemorative buckle celebrating the American Paint Horse Association's 45th anniversary. Has a brown and a black paint horse, three blue stones. Made by Gist Silversmith in California. Bronze base,silverplate. 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" and for a 1 1/2" belt. Brand new, mint condition.
